Fayette County is proud to boast an average emergency response time of 5 minutes, 19 seconds compared to the national average of 15 minutes, 19 seconds. To maintain this response time, communications is key.  Your YES vote on the March 21 SPLOST will enhance technology to modernize communication channels among all jurisdictions of Fayette County’s emergency responders.  It will also bring online needed facilities and equipment.  Projects include:

  • Fayette County and Peachtree City E911 digital radio system
  • Fayetteville and Peachtree City fire trucks
  • Fayette County and Fayetteville fire stations
  • Fayetteville and Tyrone patrol vehicles
  • Cameras for Peachtree City police cars
  • Peachtree City breathing apparatuses
